Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid consultation sessions and programme access booked with Systemcachepath. Prices on the site are informational; the booking confirmation controls the fee.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 72 hours before a scheduled live session and no written summary work has begun. Cohort programme access may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if fewer than two modules have been opened.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be sent within 14 days of the payment date or before the session starts, whichever is earlier, unless a longer consumer cooling-off period applies by law.

Full or partial refunds

If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule. If you cancel inside 72 hours, we may retain up to 40% to cover preparation already completed, or offer a credit for a future Orientation Call.

Non-refundable items

Completed live sessions, delivered written summaries, and custom document annotations are non-refundable. Third-party fees (if any) charged by payment processors are non-refundable once incurred.

Refund process

Email hello@systemcachepath.digital with your booking reference, payment date, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether a full or partial refund applies.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a booking by email. Repeated late cancellations may lead us to decline future bookings.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights in Germany and the EU remain unaffected. If mandatory law grants a broader right, that right prevails over this policy.
